This stunning new Timaru home shows off an amazing example of our “Industrial” Finish polished concrete floor, which creates a natural, functional canvas for the owners design and decorative flair to really shine.

This finish is a result of purely polishing stages to the raw creamy surface of the concrete, which creates a natural, marbled effect.  With no grinding carried out at all, little-to-no sand or aggregate is visible; however should there be any imperfections or irregularities in the concrete, they would remain.
