Concrete Surface Preparation
Another big part of our business for the Commercial & Industrial sector is Concrete Surface Preparation.
Generally, most concrete surfaces require some sort of preparation to create a proper texture, or profile, for applying coatings or other floor coverings.
It is often necessary to remove surface damage/irregularities and high spots, and if previously removed floor coatings or coverings have left residual paint or adhesives, these also need to be removed. The end goal to provide a uniform surface suitable for the application of a new coating (such as paint or epoxy) or overlay (carpet, vinyl, tiles, wood overlay).
We have specialised grinding and vacuum equipment, suitable for small and large scale surface preparation.
